-All designs are genderless, changing design aspects such as # of limbs, clothing, different forms, etc to suit your style is allowed!

-Designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, commercial use is not permitted.

-I retain the intellectual property for my designs, please credit me as the designer when appropriate (example: posting designs to toyhouse or using designs for a vtuber)

-Reselling is not permitted, trading or transferring designs to a new owner is allowed.

-Payments are done via paypal invoice only.

-All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

-Please DM me to place a hold on a design, I will mark the design as sold when payment is completed.

-Nothing made by me (Ovans) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
